Armstrong just took an awkward fall to the ground impacting the head, neck, and shoulder area OB and looks like he's in big trouble. Trainers working on him chin strap, jersey, possibly shoulder pads have been cut off by training staff. Cart is out. Father has been escorted to the field. Girlfriend crying. Looks like a freak accident, nothing really out of the norm when a player falls down other than bad landing.
