Jonathan Santaga is a quarterback from Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay. He helped them get to a 12-2 record and No. 6 ranking in Wisconsin.
Santaga completed 118/187 passes (63.1%) for 1999 yards, 21 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. He also had 66 carries for 397 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. He was second team all-conference quarterback as a senior, honorable mention all-conference as a defensive back junior year, first team all-conference kicker as a senior, and an honorable mention all-state punter his senior year.
He's not sure what position he'll play at Minnesota. "They initially said defensive back but they also said they'd be open to wide receiver and QB."
