[Matt Jessen-Howard]

Plantation (Fla.) defensive end Tyrik Jones heard from Sherels earlier this week. Jones says the two have talked about him potentially visiting in February. I take that as he's a backup to Tamarion Johnson, which is smart because the other backups will have probably signed. I will try and see if that's the case tomorrow.

Jones is a major sleeper, as he had 20 sacks and five forced fumbles this year playing in one of the top conferences in Florida. His only offers are from Delaware State and Division-II Kentucky Wesleyan. You can watch his Hudl here.
