Coach Phelps offered Indiana defensive lineman Jovan Swann (Junior highlights) last night and here's what Swann told GI.
"I called Coach Phelps last night and we talked about how their staff liked my film and what he saw from my workout on Friday and because of that, he and the staff decided to extend an offer to me. He likes my attributes on and off the field is what I took from our conversation. I try to be an excellent student and he says that can be backed up from my transcript. With that said, he concluded I am the type of player they are looking for to play at the University of Minnesota."
"I know that Minnesota is a midwest University and a former Center Grove TE Nate Wozniak plays for them. Nate was one of my closest friends, so I know him well. I'm definitely up to visit the school and see what all they have to offer me, but I don't have a firm date as of yet."
