The Gophers are showing interest in SF Faith Pope of Tyler JC who is a teammate of Dale Jones. Dale Jones is a done deal to Iowa, over. Count it. Take him off the Gopher list. Minnesota has also shown interest in Pope though who scored a dozen points a game this year with 4.7 rebounds a contest. Pope is a 72 percent free throw shooter, 31 percent 3pt shooter, 46.5 percent field goal shooter. Pope started his juco year off hitting a ton of treys but then he had a rough shooting January and his numbers went down some but he was still a very key player.
