I can confirm that Coach Sawvel offered Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward defensive back and current Pitt commit Tony Butler (Junior highlights).
You'll remember I alluded to this happening last week and it sounds like Butler wants to play in the Big Ten over Pitt right now, but we'll see what happens.
