Long time Rivals subscribers should remember him for a different reason: as a 5-star recruit out of St. Louis (class of 2009), then HC Tim Brewster was able to get him on campus for an official visit. I believe he still may be the only 5-star recruit from outside the state of MN to officially visit the U during the Rivals era, but I could be wrong about that.
As it turned out, Richardson had to go the JuCo route and then eventually signed with Mizzou.
