He has always come off, to me, as a royal dick. And very over-rated. Like any coach after a disappointing season, he is making some changes (the same type of situation is going on in Philadelphia with that arrogant little man, Chip Kelly). But when will HCs, especially those with personnel power, ever take some responsibility? I guess it's like the real world where managers will throw their people under the bus but never take any blame themselves.
