I remember going to Camp Randall in 1990 and watched a Marqel Fleetwood lead Gopher squad beat the Badger in front of 30k with a wide open upper deck.
Anyway, my question....there was a man probably about 70 in the row in front of me that was a gopher fan. He was drunk, wearing boxers, a trench coat and nothing else. Every good play for the Gophers he got up and screamed. "Ah-ski-wah-wah". With the ski sounding like ski not sky.
Anyone know if this was a gopher cheer decades ago, or an old drunk guy that was incoherent?
