Ohio State - 10 recruits; Michigan - 0
ACC-13(because of Clemson and Florida State, mostly)
SEC and Big 12 - 7 each
PAC 12 and rest of Big 10 - 6 in both cases
That is an impressive collection of talent and the Buckeyes are in on 5-7 more that are 5 star kids.
Though I doubt Minnesota ever gets to recruit at that level, it is always good to have a high standard in conference to shoot for, IMO.. That raises the level of performance and motivation for the rest of the conference.. If 'average' is the best standard, that makes other programs in the conference 'average or below' as well..If your coaches are competitive people, they want the shot at the best so this is actually a good thing for other conference teams. Sure, it is an endorsement of Ohio State but it is also a great tool to recruit others to say they get a shot at playing against the best.
