College athletic finances continue to be a case of the "haves" and "have nots". The gap looks like it is continuing to rise, especially in the very top tier. Who may that be? Oregon last year had an increase in revenues above expenses of nearly $80,000.000 last year. Minnesota, which ranked 15th nationally had a total revenue of $106 million. In the top ten - the SEC x4, B1G x3, PACx1, BIG12 x2. The Gophers were in the top half of the B1G at number 5. I'm not sure how these disparities can continue, but it's better to be at or near the top than further down.
