Kill has shown a lot of praise for Pirsig in a couple recent interviews.
It got me thinking about his progress as a player. I remember watching his HS film. He was incredibly raw as a football player, but his size and athleticism jumped off the screen. I thought, 'man, this guy could be an All-American if he's willing to work hard and has the ability to learn'.
And up until now, his progress has been about where I imagined. A redshirt year to learn, played sparingly as a RS frosh, and then played a decent amount last year splitting time at tackle. Pirsig did some good things and also made mistakes and got handled at times by good players.
Considering how raw he was coming out of high school, I always figured that we would see Pirsig's true potential in his RS junior year.
That year is upon us. So, fellow GI posters, mods, and whatever AZJ and MOC are, what do you think Pirsig will accomplish in his final 2 years in Maroon and Gold?
