On if it felt like the defense played really well but may have lost it from one bad play...
"Yeah, I mean that one play, but I feel like all around we were swarming the ball. We kind of got into a rythym and either stopped them from getting a field goal or got a turnover, so overall, I thought we had a pretty good day."
On the locker room after the game...
"I feel like this one hurt, more than Penn State. We had this one in our hands, basically the whole game. We executed, but it's just something we need to get better on, especially losing at home."
On if he's worried about buy-in or the team not reaching their goals...
"Not at all, this was not something we planned on doing; this was somebody in our division. But at the same time, they lost to Northwestern last week. We still have a chance to reach our goals and push through and reach Indianapolis, but it's going to be a long road basically. We have to take it one game at a time."
On Sherels being on the sideline...
"It was an awesome feeling. Throughout this whole process, to come back to the sidelines and see him was amazing because he lives and dies for the game of football."
On how much energy he brings...
"He brings a lot of energy because he was just in our shoes just a few years ago. He tries to make sure we have fresh bodies out there all the time. It means a lot to us."
