How come more teams, or our beloved gophers, don't run the wide wr splits like TCU, or Baylor?
Just from the run game perspective seems to
open up the field and requires corners and safeties to be farther from the box in support of the run or gives us 1 on 1 match ups and space for routes.
I can't tell you how many plays gophers had 3 or even 4 wide and everyone is between the hashes.
