the time is right to tell this story. A couple years back we interviewed a guy for a job that had played several years in the Areana League. One interview question was how you handle feedback. He gave the typical answer about having been an athlete he's received a lot of feedback from coaches in many forms, blah, blah, blah. Then he said something that has stuck with me. He's said, "having been a professional athlete I'm also used to other kinds of feed back as well. People that can't do what you do. Don't know what your supposed to do, try to tell you what you should be doing"
