They want to go back 150 years ago! My gosh, give it up and move on. Concentrate
efforts on infrastructure and Healthcare.

nickel and dimes the Government on every issue under the sun from land grants too
naming rights. We gave them the casino rights and they still have problems supporting the individual tribes. My wife is a friend of a lady that routinely checks for
the proper percentages on the casino payoffs on slots here in Northern Minnesota. Casinos like Black Bear , Fortune Bay, etc
are constantly being penalized for improper settings.
