Ryan,
Harvard picked up a commitment from a top 150 kid from Columbus, Ohio in Seth Towns, who is real thin as a 6-7 SF and a big time scorer. Very mature kid as I understand as I havent met him. Anyways, I was thinking he has to be one of the top rated recruits ever in Ivy League(since they rated recruits anyways).....What was Siyani Chambers highest ranking in Rivals??? My guess is he has to be up there as well as one of the higher ranked recruits to go to an Ivy League school.
AS A SIDELIGHT, I first thought the highest Ivy League player was Adonal Foyle as he was a top 20 kid many years back but he went to Colgate which is not an Ivy League school. My guess is Foyle is about your age(give or take a couple years) if you said you were manager under Clem in those years. Foyle was adopted by 2 Colgate professors so that is why he went to Colgate and of course spent a long time in the NBA with the Warriors. Foyle's college situation was very interesting as Colgate got a top 20 kid without using a scholarship I think. Since his parents were professors there, I think he got to go to school there free without the college using a basketball scholarship. I could be wrong on that but I think that is how it worked.
