The Vikes should sign Pat Shurmur to a long term contract as Zim's assistant HC. His impact on the offense and especially Case Keenum has been huge in this championship run. Plus Zim is in his early 60s and no telling how long he will want to hang in there ... Shurmur would be a fantastic successor.
