I see the value of what both are saying. I also know that there is no way to create the perfect grading system.
However. People do like to see what the so called experts think of the youngster coming.
I am not trying to start any arguments, rather just trying to get peoples opinions, witch everyone has a right to.
With that in mind. Is there anyway that any of you can think of to better the ranking system.
