Just bought a new 65" Samsung Q7F QLED TV. Was pretty stoked about watching TV in all its 4K glory. After attempting to turn on the TV, the screen stayed black (and yes I checked the O-N-O-F-F switch). Performed some simple troubleshooting and determined the "one connect" box doesn't work even though the TV will turn on if I disconnect the one connect box. Samsung said they will send me a new one connect box but it will take 5-10 business days. In the meantime, I can't watch the TV since everything is routed through the GD one connect. Super pissed. /rant
