Staff stability...Sherels no longer a newcomer...added a bunch of guys with experience in staff support/quality control/volunteer positions...Szucs, Weber, Jordan...Jenkins, Walsh... Kill healthy... This staff knows their way around league now. Harbaugh, Riley, Chryst, Colorado State guy, all new. Stability in strength and conditioning staff, Ath dept staff.

Mitch is a true upper classman, a returning starter, delivered in some big games, didnt in some, but has been through the fire...sounds like Kill likes what Adam Weber is showing him, sounds like he had the chance to do the Manning thing and liked it. Three backups all are returning. Frosh qb will push others.
O line has a lot of age, maturity, size, experience. Has a lot of young talent pushing veterans.
