Year 1 he complains the team isn’t good. They win 5 games to teams they would have beat with any coach and get absolutely embarrassed in their 7 losses.
Year 2 will be way way uglier than the 7 losses they had in Year 1. A 2-10 or 3-9 record is coming
Year 3. An improvement. Fans will be hoping for a bowl game and will say the program is on the rise. They end up 6-6 or 7-5 and go to a boring bowl game that no one cares about but will act excited about.
Year 4. The team will go 9-4. Exactly where they were when Fleck took over and whined about the program he took over. He then will be rumored to take an average to above average SEC or ACC school. And he will take it.
