Is a freshman WR at Louisville, fastest guy on the team - 4.33 forty. Started all 4 years at Miami Northwestern high school, won state title. No apparent MN offer or interest? He could have been the actual "lightning in a bottle" slot guy. Anyone know why we wouldn't have pursued a legacy skill guy like him?
