UCLA Basketball Scandal

Not sure what UCLA will do as far as suspensions now that 3 freshmen have been released. My question is what would Minnesota do if 3 players were caught shoplifting in a communist country? Would they be suspended or expelled? My guess is they would be expelled for causing such an international incident. What do you think would be fair and what do you think the Bruins will do?
