Brebeuf Jesuit (Ind.) defensive end Joe Strickland has already caught the eye of a few notable power five programs like Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Purdue, Indiana, and others.
Minnesota became the latest to offer the rising 2022 prospect back on June 16th and their is already familiarity among one of the new faces on the Gophers staff.
ON MINNESOTA:
"The head coach is very energetic along with Coach (Chad) Wilt, the defensive line coach. Wilt has followed me since Cincinnati offered me a while back. He came to Brebeuf a couple of times to talk to me and my coach. I'm looking forward to building a connection with Coach Wilt and the Minnesota staff."

Strickland is already a high four-star prospect for a reason, already boasting offers from the likes of Penn State, Michigan, Indiana, Cincinnati, Boston College, Purdue, Michigan State, and most recently Minnesota.
