Am I the only one that loved the matted Maroon helmets that had come out and the traditional Maroon & Gold combos for pants (gold) and shirts (Maroon)? We have worn basically anything but these this year? I would also say that I am not a fan of the strip down the middle of the helmet.
Every where I have read has stated that they do all the crazy colors and combos to get recruits? But explain to me all the great programs who wear the same thing every week with the exception of possibly a minor tweak? The only program exception is Oregon which kind of 'branded' it?
Maybe PJ could brand just one uniform combo for his Row the Boat culture?
Worst part about watching all the games on TV on a Saturday is tuning in to see so many schools not even wearing their school colors. Gross.
