While I’d still like to see more high school recruited talent developed over time (aka Walley), what Rossi did this year with a roster that doesn’t have many Sunday players, my skepticism is no longer. Kudos to a very impressive season, Rossi did his part in giving the team a chance for winning the division. What’s everyone’s take of our DC? I’m still skeptical of Rossi and the overall defensive progress with this staff. The 2019 squad was loaded otherwise the results have been pretty ugly. Staff has had some great hits with transfers but would really like to see some high school recruits start to make noise.
This is going to be a big year for assessing the D and whether 2020 was a fluke COVID season or if 2019 was the anomaly.
