Just looked at three videos from Hughes last winter and I have to say, this is a bit different player than I saw in Atlanta and Vegas. I saw some of this in Atlanta but he played more of a lead guard role when I watched him. In the winter videos he is an explosive scoring two who also pushes in transition as a one. I really liked his energy on the floor at times and there is more scoring ability than I thought in terms of ways to score.
I think I found an AAU video to review so I may do that later as there are no videos for him or his team online right now (partially because video companies are buying the rights to the games and then making colleges pay to see them).
