What UMBC's win means for College Basketball going forward ...

I think their win (add in the couple upstes that always happen every year like Buffalo ans Loyola-Chicago) changes the tourney forever .

Guys like Jay B, Dickie V, etc are saying it, and it will be the focus going forward ...

Take a mid major with a great record (Mid Tenn St) over a P5 team with an average to below average conference record (Oklahoma).

I think the days of a 9-9 B10 record, despite a decent pre-conference record, getting into the tourney are done.

I am not saying it is right or wrong, I just think it is the way it will be going forward.
