I recall that one of Glen Mason's teams rung up 63 against the Toledo Rockets one year in the first game.. If anyone could confirm that, I would appreciate it... But just wondering if we have ever scored more than that in a first game of the year.

Pretty sure it was Bryan Cupito's first collegiate game and he only had a couple incompletions.. Lawrence Maroney and Marion Barber had close to or over 100 yards by the end of the first half and did not play the 2nd half of that game. Jared Ellerson and Ernie Wheelwright had nice games as well, if my memory serves me correctly. Just wondering if we have had more points scored.... We have had bigger DIFFERENTIALS in score because Toledo scored over 20 points in that game, I am sure.
