Game time is just over 7 hours away.
The Barn is going to be wild tonight and Amir Coffey will be there so fans have to jump on that as well as it may be their last time to impress him.
The game, Wisconsin turns the ball over 6.5 times a game in Big Ten play. That is wild. No team has forced them into double figure turnovers in the Big Ten but five did in non-conference play.
Gophs need to play man to man, defend with discipline, hope that the Badgers shoot poorly on the road from the arc which they have done often this season against solid teams. It's all about the Gopher discipline tonight. If they have it, they can win.
Wisconsin has lost 4 of 5 here and they are playing a highly motivated Gopher team. I think the Badgers will be motivated too, Wisconsin fans are worried about that but they haven't won the Big 10 outright yet. Still work to do.
Gophs must, MUST get Andre some good shots vs Gasser. Gasser is the best defender I've seen this season. Andre had zero good looks vs him that I recall.
Gophs need to take advantage of Mathieu's speed which did give the Badgers trouble.
The two stretches that killed the Gophs in game one were the numerous o-boards early for Wisconsin, and then the start of the second half when the Gophs played great D and then had three unforced turnovers to start the second half.
