In non-criminal cases, non super-important political cases, etc....like for allegations of coaches using the N-word in a serious unwanted way....both sides, including witnesses, should take lie-detector tests. They might not be reliable in all cases....but hook-up 5 witnesses per side and let's see the results. 7 to 3 is inconclusive. But if it's 10-0 or 9-1, that tells us something.
