38, yes 38 parks within the city now have homeless encampments set up. Tax paying homeowners be damned. Now they are trying really, really hard to find housing for the campers. This guy has been an incompetent failure for that city. Multiple sexual assaults have taken place. I’m sure those homeowners are ok defunding the police.
