this NOT the gopher team/program that was ripped to shreds by so many last year. This team is legit. For those who want to keep taking shots at Pitino there is not much you can say up until this point. The boys have performed.
Tbings that stuck out:
1. The preseason SEC player of the year couldn't even check/box out Reggie lynch. The dude is an animal
2. Arkansas took OFF the press which they rarely do because the gophers tore it to shreds and kept scoring on it
3. Our interior passing was lights out
4. We made 9 threes. Remember our shooting worries? Na, me neither
5. 6 gophers in double figures. 6!!!! And it's been like this every game!
