Ok, what is the best case scenario this season and the short term for PJ to stay with us long term? Do we want a great season out of him....out the gate? Or is it best for him to cool off a little before he gets hot again? For long term sakes.

That way kelly at ND would have been replaced and PJ stays. I think ND is the only job he'd bolt for. He's from Chicago and ND is covered heavily in Chicago. Jus sayin'.
