They tell you not to stand on chairs. I didn't listen. I fell off one at work three weeks ago. I was certain my arm wasn't broken just sprained so I didn't go to the dr until today. If had swollen back up and got sore. He did all the tests and said he was sure it wasn't broken but wanted to do x rays just to be sure. We were both wrong. I have a broken bone in my wrist that doesn't heal well. He said a minimum of 3 months in a cast starting with a full arm one for 4-6 weeks. No deer hunting for me and I'm not sure how I'm going to wipe my ass.
