On an offer, I heard "he kind of already does." He's a take for Coach Kill, if he wants to be on the team. I don't think an official offer in writing has been given to him yet, though. Drew hasn't tweeted out an offer, so I'm not even sure if the staff has communicated to him that he has a clear offer. It seems like there's some gray area here. But like I said, I do believe he's a take right now on scholarship.
Also heard that the staff compares him to Eric Decker, as the two have similar size, good ball skills, both played baseball, etc.
