I was looking over the schedule and saw that we only play Iowa and Wisconsin once... In years past when there was only 10 teams, you had 9 opponents that you could play one at home and one away with all the teams.. Now, with 14 teams, you have 13 opponents so it is almost impossible to play all conference opponents twice in a regular season.
Do you think the Big Ten should factor in rival schools as to which teams get 2 games?/ For instance, should the Gophers get 2 games with Wisconsin and Iowa, every year, then rotate the rest of the conference teams to determine who gets 2 games in the regular season?? Michigan with Michigan State and Ohio State, etc.. Just wondering what the opinion is of fans as to whether you like the way the Big 10 schedules the games now.
