Athletes Village will be topped off on Friday. This isn't open to the public, but I'm told that the grand opening in the winter likely will be.

Gopher Athletics is hosting a topping off event for the new Athletes Village this Friday, April 28.
The event will consist of a brief social where guests (donors, athletics staff, Mortenson construction crew) can sign the final structural steel beam to be added to the Athletes Village, followed by a short program featuring several speakers, and finally, the placing of the last beam in the new indoor practice facility.
