Haven't done this before but here goes:

Offense: C- Gophers actually won TOP which is a surprise given the second half. Only 300 yards of O, much of it on the amazing catch by Bateman.

QB: C+ Would be higher without the INT
WR: B Would be higher without Johnson's drop of an easy catch. Bateman an A+. Injury to AB hurts.
RB: B- Strong effort but no flash, no breakaways.
TE: F Blocking was worse than poor, not part of the passing game.
OL: D SDSU was putting 5 on the line and letting 2 LB's fill the gaps. Tough to block against that, but they didn't show much. Hope Dunlap wasn't injured.

Defense: F Almost no outside containment, no penetration of SDSU backfield, weak, sometimes non-existent coverage.

DL: F Non-existent until the late sack.
LB: F Don't even know what they did in this game they were so quiet. They did have to cover for the weak DLine but that's not enough excuse.
DB: D Left receivers wide open too many times. If not for a strange loss of accuracy by the SDSU QB in the second half, this would have been a loss.

Special Teams: F- They were so bad, they don't even deserve an F. Huge holes trying to cover KO's, missed extra point.

SDSU is a very good team, I believe, but Minnesota appears to be another also ran in the B1G West unless they make big leaps in the next two games. Grades may be too harsh, but I slept on it and still feel Gophers have too many holes at this point to be a quality team.
