Over the last three years, Minnesota has a 10-13 record in Big 10 football games--the only ones, in some people's minds, that matter. But what about the quality of those wins?
Against Big 10 teams that had four or fewer losses in the conference (again, the only games that matter), Minnesota had a record of 1-11. Its only victory over such a team was at Nebraska (5-3) in 2014.
Against Big 10 teams that had five or more losses in the conference, Minnesota had a record of 9-2. Seven of those wins came against lowly Purdue (3), Illinois (2), Maryland (1) and Rutgers (1).
Some may think that the quantity of B10 wins achieved by Kill-Claeys was of great merit. Others may disagree.
