This particular scout seemed to think so, in this article on Cobb:

From article: "He can step right in and play because he runs tough and he knows how to pass protect," one AFC scout told Lance Zierlein before the draft. "His offensive line was bad, too. He's a way shiftier runner than he gets credit for."
I thought they were average as could be, and I do think it needs to get a lot better. Maybe he thinks they were bad because they didn't have one standout player? As a whole I thought they were average though?
Many fans do have an inflated view of our offensive line. I think they have too many Mason years memories in their heads and just associate MN with good line play, but they weren't bad.
