Gophers 2018 commit Josh Aune is the first St. Paul Highland Park High School player since Thomas Tapeh in 2003 to be committed to Minnesota as a scholarship football player. He had a ridiculous game last night playing on both sides of the ball.
Aune rushed 18 times for 334 yards and six touchdowns in a win over Fridley. Three touchdowns were longer than 50 yards. On defense, he had 12 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery. Here is the story from last night.
