Lamar Jackson has put up tremendous numbers.. I think he is an awesome COLLEGE QB as he can really accelerate for a guy that big and tall.. Reminds me of Vince Young of Texas....
My 'wet noodle' comment is that I watched his games on DVR.... He has awfully talented receivers that run good routes so he has hit a lot of wide open receivers with his passes....I wonder if he will be able to make the reads and execute with the passes in tight windows needed in the NFL.. I guess you could say that for just about any other college QB as well. He is tremendously successful at the read option and no doubt he has a cannon for an arm and can accelerate very quickly for a man his size. Got a very strong arm without having to push off the back foot. Passes flat footed quite a bit. Very dangerous runner.
What kind of NFL QB do you think he will be, in time?? Lots of upside but I think it is apparent that he will need a lot of tutelage to play at the next level.
