She's either lying or completely incompetent, or both. I'm going with both.

Hillary kept her State Dept emails on an off government site (her home) computer server against Dept policy. Her #1 assistant used her personal email for State Dept business. She destroyed over 30,000 emails that she said were "personal only" after receiving a supoena to maintain all of her records, personal or business. Two months of emails are missing coinciding with the Benghazi attack and State Dept security failure that she said was a protest about a video, even though significant evidence says it was known to be a planned terror attack. In March, she claimed she had no classified material in those emails. Later, when it was found there was classified mails, she said they were subsequently made classified, but she apparently doesn't recognize what might later be deemed "classified". Now, two of the 4 emails of the 40 that were extracted for a sampling by the Inspector General of the State Dept have been determined to be "top secret" emails.
