It is human nature to turn something eagerly anticipated as a privilege into an expectation that reveals an entitled mentality, over time...Kind of a negative about humanity...Because of our soldier's sacrifice, we have so many freedoms as people here in the US... The sacrifice that says 'country is more important than self'. Think of how many tears wept and lives changed because a family member or loved one died serving our country....A 'thankful' heart is a heart that is constantly being 'cleansed' of all the garbage of life... This is a great day for some 'cleaning' of the heart... Thank you vets, for your sacrifice for all of us... I hope we always appreciate and never forget what you have done for us for the freedoms we have in our lives.
