Our preview is coming soon, but in the meantime here's a quick breakdown of Michigan's players. The first five listed are the starters.

#21 SG/SF Zak Irvin, SR: Former 5-star that can score on all three levels.

#10 PG Derrick Walton, SR: Everything you'd expect from a senior former top 50 player. True point guard that's a high IQ player. Highest-volume three-point shooter but can also attack the basket. Not an elite athlete but can still excels in transition and changes pace well. Good defender.

#5 PF DJ Wilson, JR: Long, bouncy combo forward that rebounds well and is used mostly as a big because of Michigan's rebounding woes. Can face up and score and is a good three-point shooter with his feet set. Michigan's best rebounder and shot blocker of those who consistently get playing time.

#12 SF Muhamed-Ali Abdur-Rahkman, JR: Athletic wing that defends well and can attack the basket. Good three-point shooter with his feet set. High IQ player.

#13 PF Mortiz Wagner, SO: The German is a skilled faceup 4. Not overly athletic but still a matchup problem because of his size (6'11") and ability to put the ball on the deck. Poor rebounder and shot blocker for size.

#22 SF Duncan Robinson, SR: Small forward that transferred from Division-III Williams College. Good outside shooter and very efficient player that takes most of all his shots from deep. High IQ player.

#34 PF/C Mark Donnal, SR: Senior big that is a low-usage player offensively. Can hit jumpers when open and set. Average athlete that's a below average rebounder and not a shot blocking threat.

#3 PG Xavier Simpson, FR: Four-star freshman that's struggled with turnovers and finding his groove offensively. Those struggles have led him to be a low-volume shooter. Good distributor and defender, especially for a freshman.
