Interesting article in the Strib that states the suburbs are doing a very good job with integration, while Mpls/STP are failing & moving further toward further full-on segregation. Schroeder blames White suburbanites for the problems inner city schools are facing, but it appears the suburban schools are actually much more egalitarian than the more Liberal city schools.

The burbs have increased from 6% to 34% minority students, while both Mpls & STP schools have all-time highs for schools with 95%+ minority or White students.

What Schroeder doesn't want to understand, is that the achievement gap, the behavior gap and re-segregation of the public schools are not the problems his people need to create policies for, but rather the results of the policies his people created.
