Behind the scenes, there were conversations going on between Minnesota commit Braelen Oliver and West Virginia. At one time, there were plans for Oliver to take an official visit to Morgantown.
Those plans have been squashed. I have confirmed that Oliver is all in with Minnesota and he is set to sign with the Gophers in December.
He expects Minnesota coaches in his home Saturday, then the following weekend he will head north for his official visit.
