No one has mentioned this, but one thing about Fleck that impresses me is how well he dresses. I know I'm old, but I have always felt that men should dress for success and look like they care about their appearance. Whether it's a suit or casual wear he always wears clothes that fit well and are stylish for someone his age. I'm so tired of this jeans world we live in.
